We operate a private professional studio. Once you submit the intake form below, we will coordinate a specific window to meet you. Your stringer will meet you at the main building entrance to escort you into the lobby for your consultation. For security purposes, building access codes are not distributed to the public.

We offer three convenient payment options:

• Venmo: Payments can be sent to @gripspintennis.
• Digital Payment / Card: We can send a secure payment link via email or text message. Please note that a standard Stripe processing fee is added to digital card transactions.
• Cash: You may pay with cash at the time of pick-up. Note: We do not carry cash on-site and cannot provide change; please ensure you have the exact amount.

Ample street parking is available directly surrounding the building. You can park in any available public spot nearby and head to the main entrance at your confirmed appointment time.

Our 45-minute Express Service is designed for players on the go. Since we are centrally located, we recommend parking near the building and taking a short walk downtown for coffee or a quick bite while we finish your racquet. We will text you the moment your racquet is ready for pickup.

To maintain our fast turnaround times and the privacy of our workspace, all consultations and hand-offs occur in our secure lobby area. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
