By accepting, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Assumption of Risk: I, the undersigned customer, understand that tennis racquet restringing involves certain risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, racquet frame damage, string breakage, or damage to the racquet's grommets during the restringing process. I acknowledge that while every effort will be made to ensure the highest level of care and quality, these risks are inherent to the service provided. Damage to Equipment: I acknowledge that while the service provider will exercise reasonable care, there is a possibility that my racquet may be damaged during the restringing process. This may include, but is not limited to, frame cracks, broken grommets, or any other damage to the racquet. By signing this waiver, I release the service provider from any responsibility for such damage unless it is directly caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of the service provider. No Warranty on Strings: I understand that the service provider does not offer a warranty on strings, as string performance can be affected by a variety of factors including but not limited to playing conditions, player technique, and string tension preferences. I acknowledge that string breakage or changes in performance after the restringing service are not the responsibility of the service provider. Responsibility for Prior Damage: I understand that if my racquet has existing damage, including but not limited to cracks, warping, or previous improper repairs, the service provider is not liable for any issues arising from such pre-existing conditions during the restringing process. It is my responsibility to disclose any known damage to the racquet before the restringing begins. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the service provider and their employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to my use of the restringing service, including but not limited to any damage to my racquet. Service Fees: I acknowledge that I am responsible for paying the full amount of the restringing service, regardless of whether my racquet is damaged during the process or if I am dissatisfied with the results. There will be a 3% service fee for all online payments. Consent to Service: I hereby authorize the service provider to perform the restringing of my tennis racquet and acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the risks involved as described in this waiver. I agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
